Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 10 September 2026
Welcome to KHEPER.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and purchases made directly from KHEPER. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with any other policies applicable to your purchase, including our Returns & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About KHEPER
KHEPER is a UK-based online retailer offering a changing and curated range of products.
Our range may include physical goods, gifts, home and lifestyle products, toys, collectibles, technology, gadgets, accessories, seasonal products, digital products, personalised products, customer-made products and other items.
Throughout these terms, “KHEPER”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to the business operating the KHEPER website.
Our contact and business information can be found on our Contact Us page.
2. Using Our Website
By using our website, you agree that you will not:
-
Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
-
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
-
Introduce viruses, malicious software or other harmful material
-
Interfere with the operation or security of the website
-
Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit our content without permission
-
Use automated systems to access or extract information from the website where this is not authorised
We may suspend or restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, misuse or other legitimate business reasons.
3. Placing an Order
When placing an order, you confirm that:
-
You are legally capable of entering into a contract
-
The information you provide is accurate and complete
-
You are authorised to use the selected payment method
-
You have checked the products, quantities, delivery details and other information before submitting your order
You will normally receive an email or other electronic confirmation after placing an order.
An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.
For physical products, a contract will normally be formed when we accept and process the order for dispatch.
For digital products, a contract may be formed when your order is accepted and access to the digital content is provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a reasonable reason to do so, including:
-
A product being unavailable
-
An obvious pricing or listing error
-
Payment not being authorised
-
Suspected fraud or misuse
-
Delivery being unavailable to the requested location
-
Quantity restrictions
-
A product being incorrectly listed
-
Information required to complete the order not being provided
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, any amount due back to you will be refunded.
4. Pricing
Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not normally affect orders that we have already accepted.
We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we are not required to supply a product at an obviously incorrect price. Where appropriate, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the order for a refund.
5. Payment
Payment must normally be made in full when placing an order.
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout and may vary from time to time.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.
Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be authorised or additional verification is reasonably required.
We do not guarantee that every payment method will always remain available.
6. Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, photographs, specifications and other information are accurate.
However:
-
Product packaging may change
-
Manufacturers may make minor specification changes
-
Colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device
-
Handmade or natural products may have reasonable variations
-
Measurements may be approximate where stated
-
Images may sometimes include props or accessories that are not included with the product
The product listing will identify what is included wherever reasonably possible.
Nothing in this section affects your rights where a product is materially different from its description.
7. Product Availability
All orders are subject to availability.
Stock information is provided in good faith but occasional stock discrepancies may occur.
If we cannot supply an item you have ordered, we may:
-
Contact you about the unavailable item
-
Cancel the affected item
-
Offer an alternative where appropriate, which you are free to decline
-
Refund any amount paid for goods we cannot supply
We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
8. Pre-Orders & Products Awaiting Stock
Some products may occasionally be offered for pre-order or purchase before stock has arrived.
Where applicable, the product page will indicate that the item is a pre-order or awaiting stock and may provide an estimated availability or dispatch date.
Estimated dates may change due to suppliers, manufacturers, transport or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a significant delay occurs, we will provide information about your options where required.
Your statutory cancellation rights are not affected.
9. Delivery
Available delivery services, charges and estimated delivery times will normally be shown before you complete your order.
Unless another timeframe has been agreed with you, goods will normally be delivered within the period required by UK consumer law.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless we specifically agree that delivery by a particular date is essential.
Delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances such as severe weather, transport disruption, supplier issues or other events outside our reasonable control.
Where a delay occurs, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate.
For consumer orders, responsibility for the goods normally remains with us until they are delivered into your physical possession or to another person you have nominated to receive them.
10. Cancelling Before Dispatch
Eligible orders placed directly through the KHEPER website can be cancelled through your KHEPER account until the order has been packed and labelled for dispatch.
Once the order has reached this stage, the online cancellation option may no longer be available because the order has entered our dispatch process.
If the goods have already been dispatched, you may still have the right to cancel and return eligible goods after receiving them.
Different rules apply to certain products, including digital, personalised, bespoke and customer-made products.
11. Returns & Your Right to Cancel
For most eligible physical products purchased online, consumers normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us that they wish to cancel.
After notifying us, customers normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Returns must be requested through our Contact Us page.
Products must not be sent back until the return has been authorised and KHEPER has provided the correct return instructions and return address.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are normally responsible for return postage.
Returned products should be complete, securely packaged and returned with their original packaging wherever reasonably possible.
Customers may examine goods in broadly the same way they would be permitted to examine them in a shop.
Where goods have been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and this reduces their value, we may make a reasonable deduction from the refund to reflect that reduction in value.
Full details are provided in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Products supplied by KHEPER must meet the requirements of applicable UK consumer law.
If a product is:
-
Faulty
-
Damaged
-
Not as described
-
Incorrectly supplied
-
Not fit for its intended purpose where applicable
please contact us through our Contact Us page.
We may request photographs, packaging information, serial or batch numbers or other reasonable information to help investigate the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, refund or another suitable resolution.
We ask that obvious delivery damage is reported within 48 hours where possible, as this helps us investigate the issue with our delivery providers.
This 48-hour request does not remove or restrict your statutory rights.
13. Digital Products
KHEPER may sell digital products including:
-
Downloads
-
Guides
-
Documents
-
Templates
-
Digital media
-
Software
-
Other electronically supplied content
Where digital content is supplied immediately, you may be asked to expressly consent to supply beginning before the end of the normal 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once supply begins.
Where the required consent and acknowledgement have been provided, change-of-mind cancellation rights will normally end when supply of the digital content begins.
This does not affect your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, digital products purchased from KHEPER are supplied for your own personal use.
You must not reproduce, distribute, resell or commercially exploit digital products unless the product licence expressly allows you to do so.
14. Personalised, Bespoke & Customer-Made Products
KHEPER may offer products that are made, printed, altered or personalised specifically for an individual customer.
These may include:
-
Personalised products
-
Custom printing
-
Customer-made products
-
Made-to-order goods
-
Bespoke products
-
Products incorporating names or wording
-
Products incorporating customer-supplied photographs, artwork or designs
-
Products manufactured or altered to customer specifications
Personalised and custom-made goods are generally excluded from the normal change-of-mind cancellation right.
Where possible, you may cancel through your account before production has begun or before the order reaches a stage where cancellation is no longer possible.
Once production of a personalised or customer-made product has begun, change-of-mind cancellation or return will normally not be available.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced or does not match your approved order.
15. Customer-Supplied Content
Where you provide photographs, artwork, logos, wording, designs or other material for use in a personalised or customer-made product, you confirm that:
-
You have permission to use and provide the material
-
Our use of the material to fulfil your order will not infringe another person's rights
-
The content is not unlawful
You grant KHEPER permission to use the supplied content only as reasonably necessary to produce, fulfil and support your order.
We may refuse material that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing or inappropriate for production.
Customers remain responsible for checking names, wording, photographs, specifications and other customisation information before submitting or approving an order.
16. Purchases Through Third-Party Platforms
KHEPER may sell products through third-party marketplaces, live-shopping platforms and other sales channels, including platforms such as Whatnot, eBay and TikTok Shop.
Orders made through another platform must normally be managed through the platform on which the purchase was made.
For eligible consumer purchases, customers will still normally have the same 14-day cancellation period after receiving the goods, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying the relevant platform of cancellation.
The relevant platform's return, cancellation and dispute procedures must be followed.
A platform may provide additional rights beyond your statutory rights.
Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights that apply to your purchase.
17. Promotions, Discounts & Offers
From time to time, KHEPER may offer:
-
Discount codes
-
Promotional prices
-
Multi-buy offers
-
Free gifts
-
Limited-time offers
-
Other promotions
Unless otherwise stated:
-
Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash
-
Discount codes may have expiry dates
-
Promotions may be limited to certain products
-
Only one promotional code may be permitted per order
-
Promotions may be withdrawn or corrected where there is an obvious error or misuse
Any specific terms shown with a promotion will apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
Your statutory rights are not affected by purchasing an item during a sale or promotion.
18. Intellectual Property
The KHEPER name, branding, logos, website design, photographs, graphics, written content and other material created by or for KHEPER are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use our website for personal shopping and informational purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially use our intellectual property without permission except where permitted by law.
Third-party product names, trademarks and images remain the property of their respective owners.
19. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing excludes or restricts liability for matters including:
-
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
-
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
-
Faulty or misdescribed goods
-
Your statutory consumer rights
-
Any other liability which cannot legally be excluded
KHEPER is responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the contract was formed.
Where you purchase from us as a consumer, we supply products for personal and domestic use unless otherwise agreed. We are therefore not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, contracts or business opportunity arising from a consumer purchase.
20. Privacy & Personal Information
Personal information supplied to KHEPER will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to process payments, deliver orders, operate our website, provide customer service or fulfil other legitimate business functions.
Further details are contained in our Privacy Policy.
21. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control where the law allows this.
Examples may include:
-
Severe weather
-
Natural disasters
-
Major transport disruption
-
Industrial action affecting third parties
-
Significant telecommunications or infrastructure failures
-
Government restrictions
-
Major cyber incidents
-
Serious supplier or logistics disruption
Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and keep customers informed where appropriate.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to:
-
Our business
-
Our products or services
-
Our website
-
Payment or delivery arrangements
-
Applicable laws or regulations
The terms applying to an order will normally be those in force when the order was placed.
The current version will be published on our website together with the date it was last updated.
23. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you will continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the laws applicable where you live.
Nothing in these terms is intended to prevent a consumer from bringing proceedings in a court where they are legally entitled to do so.
24. Contact Us

-
An order
-
A product
-
A cancellation
-
A return

please contact KHEPER through the Contact Us page on our website.
For purchases made through a third-party marketplace or selling platform, please use that platform's support, returns or dispute process where appropriate.
25. Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any consumer right which cannot legally be excluded.
Where applicable law provides you with greater protection than these terms, your statutory rights will take precedence.
