Something Good Is On Its Way

From time to time, we make selected products available to pre-order before the stock arrives with us.

We often use pre-orders when a product planned for one of our live shows sells out before we even get the chance to show it. Where we know more stock is on its way, a pre-order gives you the opportunity to secure one from the next delivery.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time you place your pre-order.

Your order is then reserved against the incoming stock allocated to us.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page, we normally expect pre-order stock to arrive within 2 to 4 weeks. 

Any dates or timeframes shown are estimates based on the latest information available from our suppliers and may occasionally change.

If there is a significant delay, we’ll let you know.

Can I Cancel My Pre-Order?

Yes.

You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched. If cancelled, any payment already taken will be refunded.

Once dispatched, our normal Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

How Will I Know It’s a Pre-Order?

Products available for pre-order will be clearly identified before purchase.

Where possible, we’ll also show the expected arrival timeframe on the product page.

What Happens When Stock Arrives?

Once the stock reaches us, we’ll prepare your order and dispatch it as quickly as possible.

You’ll receive our usual dispatch confirmation when your order is on its way.

Limited Availability

Pre-orders may be limited to the amount of stock we have been allocated by our supplier.

Once that allocation has been reserved, we may close pre-orders until further stock becomes available.

Order Cancellation by KHEPER

We reserve the right to cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch.

This is rare, but may be necessary if, for example, a supplier cannot fulfil our order, a product is discontinued, stock availability changes or there has been an error with the product or order.

If we cancel your pre-order, you will receive a full refund of any payment made.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
